Processing Times
In-stock, non-customized products are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Custom and personalized products are made specifically for you and require additional production time. Processing times may vary depending on the product and level of customization. Any estimated production time shown on the product page is in addition to shipping/transit time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout based on the products in your order and the applicable shipping method. Available shipping options and rates will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Times
The shipping carrier provides delivery estimates shown at checkout, and they begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Carrier delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by 1toGo Racing. Delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide your order number along with photos of the product and packaging.
If tracking indicates a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will assist when possible with information needed to investigate the shipment.
Custom Orders
Please remember that production time for custom and personalized products is separate from carrier shipping time. Once your custom product is completed and shipped, you will receive available tracking information.
