Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from 1toGo Racing.

Standard Products

You may return unused, non-customized products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging when possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.

Custom & Personalized Products

Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for you, customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or there was an error made by 1toGo Racing.

This includes products personalized with names, racing numbers, logos, graphics, sponsor information, colors, or other customer-requested customization.

Please carefully review all personalization information, spelling, numbers, colors, and artwork before submitting your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

Cancellations

Non-customized orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.

Custom or personalized orders may only be canceled before production or customization has begun. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
